Your new company

Your new company are a rapidly expanding manufacturing company on the edge of Lancashire, a long-standing client of ours and excellent business. Due to ongoing positive change and expansion, they are now in need of a temporary HR Assistant to join their small and fast-paced HR team.

Your new role

Your new job will see you looking after the recruitment and candidate journey from contracts to leavers, you will be overseeing and maintaining the HR database and offering administrative support to the wider HR team. You will be assisting in HR support and dealing with HR queries.

What you'll need to succeed

Your new job will require you to have strong administrative skills with a working knowledge of GDPR regulations and the employee life cycle. You will have strong skills in recruitment and onboarding candidates, able to use HR systems efficiently and confidently. You will be familiar with induction processes and be confident in dealing with HR queries and data.

What you'll get in return

Our client is offering a salary of £17k-£19k depending on experience as well as generous pension contributions.
