Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity in South Birmingham?

Do you have the knowledge and pace to join a Global Service business who are currently going through a vast amount of growth? If the answer is yes then I want to speak with you.

As the successful HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Operational Managers of the business. You will be responsible for delivering company-wide HR strategies and implementing creative and innovative HR solutions to improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and have excellent attention to detail.

As the HR Advisor you will:

* Provide advice and guidance to Managers on all elements of HR including; Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance, Absence Management and TUPE.
* Deliver training sessions for Line Managers on HR procedures, performance management, and mentoring.
* Support UK and IRE HR Team
* Identify opportunities to make proactive changes in work practices that contribute to HR and continuous business improvement by looking for new solutions and innovative ways to solve problems and review whether the changes implemented are effective on an ongoing basis.

To apply for the HR Advisor role you will need the following:

* Proven experience of working as a HR Advisor in a fast paced environment
* Previous experience of working in a Service industry would be desirable
* CIPD Qualified
* Knowledge of Payroll and benefits
* Excellent attention to detail
* Advanced IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including mail merge
