HRLife are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading global business who are looking to recruit a senior reward specialist ideally with experience of working across EMEA. The role will focus mainly on compensation but will also include an element of project work. As such the role will require a significant knowledge of reward best practice gained within large commercial businesses, as well as demonstrable experience of job evaluation, career frameworks, job families, LTIPS, HRIS and salary surveys.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage pay, company car policies, recognition policies and practices in line with the reward strategy
  • Co-ordinate the salary review process and salary benchmarking
  • Create new recognition initiatives

This will be a varied role with a mix of operational activities as well as more strategic elements. The ideal candidate profile will include:

  • A compensation background covering base salary, variable pay and performance management
  • Previous experience of working with equity programs; performing complex data analysis and modelling, research and cost modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills; highly numerical and analytical with the ability and confidence to present to the wider business
  • Experience in sales compensation and company car programs would be advantageous
  • Prior EMEA/ International exposure
