Well established charity are recruiting a HR People Manager - South West London - £35,000 -£40,000

Your new role
Working closely with the HR Director you will contribute to help creating an inspiring place to work through effective HR solutions, best practise and interventions. You will manage a small ream of 4 including a Payroll, Recruitment and HR Administrators. Your role will encompass delivering people management strategies which support the businesses overall strategic aims and objective. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment function ensuring best practise and attracting top talent. You will provide advice to managers on generalist HR issues or policy matters and support with employee relations cases assisting with investigations, hearings or formal meetings. You will assist managers with organisational change and TUPEs. Employee development and performance management including succession planning and annual appraisals will be a key part of your role. You will manage employee rewards and benefits, supporting the HRD with salary reviews, benchmarking, and evaluating.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with a strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations and change management experience including TUPE. Candidates must have the ability to present reports and statistics accurately. You will be a confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to listen, influence and persuade others and adapt personal style to different situations and individuals
