You will be working in a large team to deliver a seamless recruitment function for this large complex organisation in the South West.
- Optimise resourcing procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the organisation’s strategic objective
- Motivate and manage the resourcing team to ensure they maintain the standard of the service
- Lead on recruitment projects that add value to the organisation and verify their compliance with legislation and best practice
- Contribute to the continuous development of resourcing and recruitment procedures
- Experience in team management
- Demonstrable experience within Recruiting/Resourcing
