Role: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Manchester, London, Flexible Depending on role
Hours: Full time/Permanent, Monday to Friday
Salary: £50-£55,000 inclusive of car allowance, plus full benefits package

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business as a Senior HR Business Partner within our Aviation and Security Divisions. With continuous growth over the last 24 months the Human Resources team is developing and growing to support the changing needs of a fast paced business.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with key partners, including Directors, senior management, line management and trade unions, supporting the business to meet its commercial objectives.
The Senior HRBP works closely with the HR Director and HR leadership team to lead on HR initiatives, taking responsibility for a portfolio of HR policies and projects. Developing and delivering strategic and operational business plans, becoming a catalyst and driver for change.
A key member of the senior operational leadership team, building and developing business intelligence to inform the wider people strategy, ensuring that HR solutions meet the needs of customers and delivering a proactive and business focused HR service.

Required skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a HRBP in a fast moving organisation
- Experience of developing and implementing people strategies
- Supporting large scale change
- Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Good IT skills, including word and excel.
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports
Qualifications & Licences
- Full Driving Licence
- Degree level education or equivalent
- CIPD qualified
