HR Business Partner, Birmingham
We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a global law firm to be based in their Birmingham offices.
The HR Business Partner will report to the Senior Human Business Partner, providing generalist HR advice across Birmingham. They will also be responsible for firm wide project work and other HR activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Define and deliver HR strategies and plans for practice groups
- Implement key firmwide people related initiatives
- Act as a business partner to managers and partners
- Manage any employee relations issues that arise
- Deliver training sessions to support line managers
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR activities
- Develop plans to address HR issues using data analysis
The HR Business Partner will have a good understanding and practical experience of complex Employee Relations and generalist HR delivery. They will have a proven background of coaching, motivating and influencing management. The right candidate will have excellent IT skills with competent Excel skills. They will have the ability to drive change within a professional organisation and will be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and clients. The HR Business Partner will have an excellent understanding of how to add value to the HR processes of a business.
