Graduate Recruitment Manager
My client, an international law firm serving clients in every major financial centre around the globe, is looking to recruit a Graduate Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis in their London office.
The Graduate Recruitment Manager will lead the entire lifecycle of the London office’s trainee solicitors.
The key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Define and deliver the graduate recruitment strategy working closely with partners
- Manage graduate related projects
- Manage and oversee the entire hiring process
- Attend campus events and organise assessment days
- Oversee the onboarding process
- Liaise with international offices to coordinate trainee secondments
The Graduate Recruitment Manager must have experience within an international law firm or professional services organisation. The right candidate will be educated to degree level and must have relevant software knowledge as well as current industry best practices. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a close attention to detail. The Graduate Recruitment Manager will be able to handle multiple projects and will have a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
