My client, a leading UK & European Patent & Trademark firm, have a new role available for a HR Administrator with PA duties, to join their London office on 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover).
The Management PA/HR Administrator will provide support for key management tasks and activities. This role is a hybrid between Management PA support and HR Administration. Reporting into the COO and Head of HR, duties will include:
- PA support to the Chairman of the Management Committee
- Diary Management, arranging internal and external meetings
- General administration
- Event organisation
- General HR duties: Monitoring holidays, absence management, expenses and ad hoc duties
- Updating HR records using HR system
The Management PA/HR Administrator will ideally have experience working in a professional services firm and will have a flexible approach to their workload. The right candidate will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills and will have excellent attention to detail. They will be able to use their own initiative and be able to prioritise their own workload.
