This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of a complex business of real scale that is experiencing a period of rapid evolution and dynamic change. Much transformational change has been and is being seen across key business and corporate functions. HR has recently moved to a new structure to align itself to the business and to drive new proactive focuses to support the business agenda. From this a number of new Regional HR Adviser/Business Partner roles have been created and are now looking to be appointed to externally.

With varying degrees of union presence across the business this is a good opportunity to build your exposure to building relationships with and working effectively with unions through change.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background of broad HR Generalist experience from a demanding, fast paced, multi-site environment. They will be able to demonstrate where they have been able to build strong relationships that add value to their stakeholders whilst delivering across a range of operational HR issues and can demonstrate a depth of knowledge within employee relations, change management and TUPE.
