Learning &Development Advisor

Full time hours

* Confident in deliver engaging IT training
* Develop and maintain content for the Learning
Management System.
* Provide support to the Learning and Development Lead
for the management of the training budget and work in
accordance with the company's financial regulations
* Responsible for developing positive working relationships
with business partners to market, identify and advise on
learning and development policy.
* Introduce new learning and development initiatives across the business



What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of delivering IT raining
* Design and delivery of soft skills Training
* Experience working with an LMS
* Be available to start immediately or within 1 weeks notice
