Key responsibilities:

* Full integration of Policies and Procedures into new format in line with parent company
* Completion of Standard Operating Procedures for People Department
* Implementation of Cezanne HR system
* Project Management of Annual Performance Management Cycle
* Standardisation of monthly management Information reporting
* Stabilising the Operational HR service to take on Recruitment, Benefits and payroll - all currently covered by JV partner

Key Skills:

* Detail orientated
* High level of Employment Legislation and Best Practice knowledge
* Experience of reporting and analysis
* High communication skills, written and verbal
* Team player
* Innovative and forward thinking
