Epsom College is a co-educational day and boarding school with approximately 900 pupils aged 11-18. The College is located one mile from Epsom town, below Epsom Downs, in fine buildings set in a beautiful tree filled campus of some 80 acres. Originally founded by The Royal Medical Benevolent Foundation, today the College strives to develop the individual talents of every girl and boy. This is an exciting time in the College’s rich history with a new Lower School, the opening of Epsom College in Malaysia and recent school improvements that have helped to place the College on an exciting trajectory in the UK market.

The College is seeking to appoint a full time HR and Recruitment Administrator who will be responsible to the Senior HR Administrator to support the HR Department in the provision of HR and recruitment services across the school.

The successful candidate will be hands-on and an experienced HR Administrator who shares Epsom College’s ethos and values. Your responsibilities will include assisting with a HR matters, such as coordinating interviews, booking meetings rooms, induction arrangements, carrying out recruitment checks, and being the first point of contact for staff HR queries. Your responsibilities will include producing offer letters, contracts and general correspondence and maintaining employee records. You will be responsible for ad hoc office administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role.

The HR and Recruitment Administrator will be a conscientious and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is equally comfortable as a self-starter able to deploy their initiative and strong administration skills. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and administrative experience of working within a HR office environment, and be able to provide an efficient and professional service.  A good work ethic combined with flexibility, attention to detail, able to prioritise and a sense of humour will be essential. 

While experience of working within a School or regulated environment is preferable, candidates with the required skills should not be put off from applying. Above all, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to implement effective administration processes across the HR and Recruitment function.
