Digby Morgan is working with one of the fast growing pharmaceutical companies globally, in the hiring of a Reward Manager. Coupled with their already established, diverse and commercial presence, this opportunity has exciting growth prospects aligned to their global strategy.

In this stand alone role you will be responsible for implementing and administering reward programs throughout Europe. This will also include

* Managing the day-to-day compensation needs of the region
* Administer and support cost-effective local and global benefit programs in the region
* Analyse market trends, including local country practices, through annual and ad-hoc survey data submission and review
* Manage global compensation policy to ensure it supports the company's strategy and culture
* Work with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop strategies linked to rewards that attract, motivate and retain our colleagues.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience with Compensation, benefits and Rewards throughout Europe within a highly regulated environment.
