In short, our client, a high profile, well established industrial global leader is looking to strengthen their People team with this HR Manager generalist role. Very fast paced & dynamic in nature, the organisation is rapidly evolving & HR is pivotal & integral to their ongoing success.

Working in true partnership with key stakeholders across a number of locations, you will be accountable for providing a quality HR service which encompasses the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, understanding key business drivers and delivering value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line. This is a tactical HR role within a high pace environment. Granted the role will encompass "business as usual" activity, however there will be plenty of opportunity to handle project work especially in the field of employee engagement & change management. This HR Manager role reports to a very supportive HR leader, and you will have access to an environment where best practice principles are embraced.

Graduate calibre & CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within fast paced, complex, unionised industrial environments. A true HR business partner, you will work both autonomously and as part of a wider HR team. In addition, you will possess a creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions using best practice HR principles. Your employee relations expertise will be second to none.
