Permanent Management Development Trainer job based in Wythenshawe paying up to £40,000

Your new company
Your new company is a large organisation based in Wythenshawe, employing around 1000 members of staff. This organisation are looking to recruit a Management Development Trainer to join their L&D Team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role is a Management Development Trainer which will have a number of different responsibilities. This will include designing and delivering management training and supporting documentation to help develop and guide all management within the organisation. You will be implementing the training process for management staff within the business as currently there is little to no focus within the training for staff at this level. You will be responsible for developing a number of learning activities, including classroom based training, e-Learning and workshops. You will be responsible for the Graduate and Apprentice scheme within the organisation, including setting up the relevant Graduate and Apprentice programmes. This again will be being implemented by yourself as the company are looking to focus within this area.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need previous experience in a similar position and you MUST have Management Development experience. You must have experience dealing with a graduate scheme, and ideally, have implemented or taken ownership of the graduate programmes within a business previously. You must be engaging and credible and have a proven track record of training at this level. You must be innovative with your design and ensure that all learning styles are supported. Experience working within a business that has a large call centre would be extremely advantageous.
