This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious professional services organisation based in Birmingham. This role would suit an ambitious Recruitment Specialist who wants to be part of a Global business, attracting the most talented individuals.

Our client is looking to appoint a highly skilled Interim Recruitment Specialist for 12 months to support the design, planning and coordination of the recruitment process including sourcing, writing high-quality adverts, running campaigns and holding interviews.

As the Recruitment Specialist you must have experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including:

* Managing Graduate recruitment campaigns
* Liaising with third party providers
* Attending Graduate recruitment fairs
* Budget management and strong analytical skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* The ability to influence across all levels
* Proven experience of recruiting within the professional services sector- higher education, pharmaceutical, legal would be advantageous.

Alongside all of the above, you will be working directly with the HR Director on HR projects.
