My client is a distinguished global law firm, based in the heart of the city, looking for a Resource Manager to join their London team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Resource Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the resourcing activity across London and Leeds. This role is to cover maternity leave, reporting into the Senior Resource Manager.

The key duties will include:

  • Develop the resource management processes and procedures throughout the firm
  • Liaise with Practice Group Leaders and Partners to facilitate effective resourcing
  • Plan future resource requirements in line with budgets
  • Drive the implementation of new technology systems
  • Develop and produce reports effectively

The Resource Manager will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will have proven experience of working within management roles in a corporate environment. The right candidate will also have a strong understanding of a partnership environment, with a similar resourcing background (preferred). The Resource Manager will be proactive and positive, with good analytical skills using large datasets.
