Your new company
You will be joining a well-known business in the Manchester area as a HR Manager. The business also do have an international presence and are a recognised brand.


Your new role
The business currently has a staff base of approximately 500 employees and this role will report into the Head of HR. Your role will be to effectively support the Senior Leadership team & management team and provide them with an effective service in a full generalist capacity. The business is looking for somebody that can lead on all employee relations matter but also take control of various projects and strategies supporting the senior leadership & management team. In terms of things that the business are focussing on strategy wise include L&D, Salary benchmarking, Sharesave schemes, Employee surveys, Wellbeing, E-learning.


What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have a good level of experience in a HR position (probably looking at 5 years plus in an advisor level+ role.
Experience of leading ER issues to appeal stage
Experience in managing various projects at any one time
Must be really systems focussed as this role will require a good level of HR systems knowledge
Experience of working within a fast paced environment
