Description

1. Supporting the end to end delivery of the service and ensure improvements and change programmes are on time, and with appropriate levels of quality in accordance with audit requirements. Ensuring that progress and exceptions are escalated when necessary.

2. Supporting end to end planning and execution of the change programmes, working in conjunction with the process Lead.

3. Liaising with clients and colleagues, internally and externally across HR Shared Services, to implement service improvements and process changes.

4. Work in partnership with internal teams and suppliers to deliver change.

5. Support in the management and planning of improvements and change programmes.

6. Support and contribute to the development of communication strategies in order to ensure effective and timely communication with all staff and relevant customers.

7. Prepare user guidance documents, briefings and process flows to support the implementation of improvements and process change.

8. Ensure that the benefits of the change activities are identified, measured and owned in order to realise the business benefits.

9. Prepare monthly highlight reports defining progress, problems and solutions for the HR Shared Services Team and Business Lead.

10. Review and report to HR Shared Services Business Development Lead to ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future developments by carrying out evaluations and assessment of results.

11. Work to develop efficient methods for improving the process and delivery of change in HR Shared Services, whilst reviewing and initiating extra activities wherever gaps are identified with an aim to improve our services and systems.


Profile

Experience and knowledge of managing transition requirements and both internal and client process change.

Change management techniques.

IT skills for full use of management information.

Demonstrate success in working through multi-disciplinary teams.

Able to work on own initiative, taking decisions and actions in line with the business aims of the organisation.

Able to demonstrate effective leadership and motivational skills.

Identify and influence different approaches to working practices.

Drive and manage significant change.

Encourage innovation in others.



Experience with a successful track record in service change management or relevant transferrable experience.

 Experience of working in a customer services/KPI driven environment.

£23,000 - £29,000 DOE + fantastic benefits incl free parking
