We also engage the services of over 500 associates and panellists who sit on our statutory committees, hearings and fitness to practise panels. From October 2018 a new Birmingham Office will be opening, with circa 90 staff with further staff joining throughout 2019.

The HR team are currently based in London, however, with our Birmingham office opening, there is a need for HR presence in the Birmingham office to support the new staff and management team.  The HR team consists of 16 staff across the dual location covering the full spectrum of HR and OD.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in implementing effective resource strategies to attract and retain talent and to contribute to the development of workplace culture at our new Birmingham office.

About you:

You will have substantial experience in managing in-house recruitment within a busy, medium sized organisation and can speak to your experiences in developing online attraction channels and influencing and coaching hiring managers.

You will have proven knowledge of employment legislation, modern recruitment and selection methodologies and tools with experience in managing an online recruitment platform.   You will thrive in a team environment and can communicate with confidence to a range of different stakeholders and clients.   You will also have experience in designing and implementing resource strategies and will have the ability to analyse statistics and data to produce effective reports.  Experience in managing assessment centres will see you perform well in this role as will the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing competing priorities.
