Head of Human Resources

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to make a difference as the lead HR professional, caring for a staff team of over 500. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR specialists and work closely with the Senior Leadership & Management Team (SLMT). S/he will be CIPD qualified. Experience working in the busy and varied environment of a school would be desirable.
New Hall is a warm, welcoming and supportive community, with a diverse range of staffing needs. This is a full time post and, due to the nature of the role, the Head of HR will be expected to offer flexibility and to work over and above normal office hours, as required. HR office working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, all year.

The salary range for this role is £47,361pa to £54,905pa (fte at September 2018 rates).
