My client is a leading publicly listed retail and distribution business that is synonymous with its sector. This business is known for being a fast-paced, dynamic and commercial organisation.


This HR Manager role, reporting into the Head of HR, (within your business area) will be a operationally aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organizational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.

You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will also manage, develop and mentor a small HR team.


As a regional HR Manager, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR Manager, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Offer

This role will pay £35,000 to 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
