My client is a specialist international law firm based in Central London who are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Recruitment Assistant will support the Recruitment Manager on the full recruitment lifecycle, other key duties will include:
- Coordination of candidate resourcing
- Screening applications and making candidate recommendations
- Scheduling interviews
- Ad hoc resourcing projects
- Administration of the offer process
The right candidate will be educated to degree level with a minimum grade of 2:1. They will be exceptionally bright and hardworking with a solid understanding or the recruitment lifecycle. They will have meticulous attention to detail with fantastic interpersonal skills. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office is essential.
