My client, a global law firm with offices across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Advisor to assist the team in ensuring training needs are met across the Firm. They will build relationships with Practice Areas and Business Resources to provide a Learning & Development service to meet strategic priorities.
Based in central London, the Learning and Development Advisor will support the Learning & Development Manager, the key duties will include:
- Conduct learning needs analysis and provide best practice advice
- Develop and design learning content, materials and resources
- Ad hoc management of projects
- Develop, manage and monitor career development programmes
- Assist with assessment, development centres and reporting
The Learning and Development Advisor will be a confident L&D professional, having law firm experience is advantageous. They must have the ability to influence effectively at all levels and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. The right candidate must be CIPD qualified and must have excellent communication skills.
