Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst
My client is a leading firm based in the City of London, who are looking for a Senior HR/MI Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Senior HR/MI Analyst will report directly to the director of HR Systems (Global) and will be responsible for managing the existing HR system.
The key duties will include:
- Run the HR System on a daily basis
- First point of contact for team queries
- Reporting on various areas of HR including headcount, sickness, diversity and payroll.
- Auditing data
- Train users inside and outside of the team
- Assist in large scale data preparations
The Senior HR/MI Analyst will have excellent technical knowledge or HR Systems and report tools. The right candidate will have the ability to scope existing and new systems and project manage system implementation. They will have excellent communication skills and will be highly analytical and accurate. They will have a flexible and collaborative approach to work with an open minded, can do attitude.
