Your new company
Global Oil & Gas organisation looking for a Graduate Advisor to help assist the work across there campus recruitment. Working in a team of 4 Recruitment Advisors and 4 Coordinators who will provide support where necessary to the team. Based in Sunbury up until March 2019
Your new role
* Support the Graduate resourcing team by attending campus events and assessment centres.
* Conduct and assist with high volume interviews (applicants up to 10000 plus)
* Running assessment centers and helping with certain events
* Coordination of interviews and onboarding of candidates next year
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in graduate recruitment
* High volume hiring and applicant screening
* Able to help in a fast paced team
* Good team player and able to work across different channels
* Available within the next 2 weeks
