HR Benefits Advisor - £ Competitive Salary - Cheltenham

Your new company
An award winning Accountancy firm that is headquartered in London and has seven regional offices located around the UK. They are the leading authority in five areas of excellence: Corporate, Not for Profit, Professional Practices, Pension Funds and Private Clients. They are looking to recruit a HR Benefits Advisor that will sit within their HR Advisory team - part of their fast growing Global Business Solutions team based in Cheltenham .

Your new role
The role is part of a new team which they anticipate will expand rapidly to meet client demand. Given the opportunities for development and career progression they want to invest in candidates that offer potential and can grow with them.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a HR capacity, specifically Pay & Reward would be advantageous but not essential. They are looking for a bright spark, who is willing and hungry to learn. Do you have strong organisational and customer service skills? Do you have a good attention to detail? Do you have competent IT skills?
