6 month FTC working for a large technology in South Cambridgeshire

Our client is a global technology company based in South Cambridgeshire.

Your new role

The Project Coordinator is responsible to support the people-related changes associated with introducing three key projects: Globalising the Technology Organisation, the introduction of a global approach to Programme & Project Management and the implementation of Keyed In. This role will report to the Global HRBP for Technology and Commercial, and will have a dotted line to the Global NPI Manager. You will also be required to:

* Work with Key Stakeholders (Technology Director, Commercial Director, HRBP and Global NPI Manager) to build a clear vision & roadmap for each project.
* Support activities to plan changes to ways of working, processes and local procedures in support for implementation of each project and to ensure change management processes are included in the plans. This will involve working closely with the HRBP, Global NPI Manager and other key stakeholders, Functional Experts, Regional and Site HR and others within the business
* Work with the HRBP, the Global NPI Implementation Manager & other relevant HR and stakeholders to develop and maintain the stakeholder map for implementation and communication
* Develop detailed communications & engagement activities, working closely with HRBP & other relevant HR, Sector NPI Manager and other key stakeholders
* Provide guidance (information, support, coaching) to support managers in their capability to implement the changes needed
* Work with HRBP and other relevant HR to identify & ensure any role impacts are managed appropriately and in line with employment legislation
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) vs the new roles and ways of working for affected populations, working closely with HR and Functional Leads
* Responsible for the planning, scheduling and preparation of training arising due to these projects, working alongside Group Learning & Development & HR. As necessary, deliver the training.
* Provide facilitation support for working groups
* Create reports showing progress against the project plans for management and stakeholders
* Carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities, whenever reasonably requested to do so

What you'll need to succeed

- Knowledge of change management best practice Previous experience of supporting business, people-operational change
- Experience of project management and working with complex projects and programmes
- Experience of managing stakeholders at all levels
