Were seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support an organisation identify, select and implement a new HRIS.

Were working with a great organisation who are seeking to modernise their HR systems to support the future growth and operational effectiveness. As such they are looking for an HR systems Business Partner who would be capable of identifying, selecting and implementing a new HR system.

Your role will include :

* Evaluating the current HR system, map existing data and HR processes. Understand key stakeholders involved, to discover and understand problems.
* Run cross departmental process review workshops involving key stakeholders and HR team members.
* Generate ideas and review all existing HR data and processes. Understand volume vs frequency. Prioritise data processes in line with business value add.
* Recommend if new HRIS system required.
* Investigate and produce a shortlist of recommended HRIS that meet the ongoing needs of the business within an agreed budget.
* Review and, with approval, amend HR processes to address root causes, GDPR requirements, values and solutions identified.
* Manage the introduction of a new HRIS (if applicable), including transfer of data, user acceptance testing and set up.
* Work alongside the HR team on systems integration.
* Communicate, educate and train managers on new processes.
* Communicate, educate and train employees on new HR processes.

Were seeking an HR professional who has a background and experience of HR systems implementation projects. Either an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner / HR Manager who has managed a HRIS implementation project from initial selection, appointment through to migration and roll out.

Candidates will need :

* Excellent knowledge of HR Process and HR information systems.
* In depth knowledge of the use of current HRIS technology
* Experience of implementing HR Systems through data migration
* Able to analyse and interpret data.

This is an opportunity to work with a nice organisation with strategic vision and plan.

You will be working as part of a small HR team and in return you will be offered

* 1 year fixed contract initially
* 25 days Holiday
* Pension - 6% upto a max 10% after 3 months
* Role is Full time - 37 hours (generally between 8 - 5pm flexibility to start early or later - eg 8 or 8.30 or 9am start
* Alternatively they are flexible to part time hours for the right person.
