Your new role
This role will be very much an all-round generalist position but the weighting will be towards developing and reviewing policies, creating procedures and implementing HR strategy in-line with the HR Director's vision of the HR function. You'll be applying and adapting existing policies to this new organisation as well as dealing with all things "business as usual". With around 400 staff in multiple locations, there will be a small amount of ER work as well as some recruitment and talent development.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR Advisor with some good generalist experience in a large organisation environment, public sector, NHS or large scale corporate experience would be advantageous. You'll have CIPD qualifications and will have a passion for developing a top quality HR function.

What you'll get in return

This role will be at least for 1 year but has strong possibility of being extended or made permanent.
