Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new opportunity in North Birmingham?

Do you have the drive and pace to join an excellent Marketing company? My client is currently going through a vast amount of rapid growth and looking to add an additional head to the HR department for a 6 month FTC. An immediate start would be desirable.

As the successful HR Administrator you will work closely with the Head oh HR and Operational Managers of the business. You will be responsible for a high volume of on-boarding, compliance, payroll and dealing with all first line queries through a shared inbox. You must have experience in managing a demanding workload and be able to organise your workload effectively.



Your responsibilities will include:

* Manage all administrative and contractual queries quickly but effectively
* Maintain and update multiple technology systems that regulate HR activities
* Run in-house reports to Head of HR
* Deal with a high volume of starters/leavers
* Support the Recruitment team with contract, offer letters etc
* Administer elements of payroll



To be successful in this role then you need to be able to work at a quick pace. This role is demanding and can change from day to day. You will need to be super organised and be familiar with HR processes and able to use your on initiative with escalating issues.
