We have over 5000 police officers and staff who work around the clock throughout the year and we have a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real difference for them and for the public we serve.

We have recently reshaped our organisation and are now looking for an Organisational Development HR Business Partner who can deliver our people strategy and build our organisation and people capability in a sustainable and transformative way.

It is likely you will come from a learning or HR background. Some experience in organisational development would be helpful for this role, for example you might have experience in one or more of the following areas; organisational change, employee engagement, leadership development, staff surveys, wellbeing or diversity and inclusion.
