Your new role
With an ambitious strategy and operational plan, there is a call for an HR function of professional standing, one that drives the HR agenda forward throughout the organisation. As HR Business Partner, you will deliver outstanding employment practice to position the organisation as employer of choice. That means in practice you will lead in supporting organisational change, coaching and challenging managers' capability to be our inspirational leaders while, at the same time, supporting workforce productivity initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate a strong desire to improve performance and make a difference. This role will require the ability to negotiate on difficult and controversial issues using highly developed interpersonal skills to complement your extensive experience of employee engagement and employee relations. Naturally, you need to possess well-developed knowledge of current HR practice and employment law to succeed in this role.
A degree, post graduate diploma in HRM or MCIPD is highly desirable.
