Your new role
You will be the stand alone HR Manager for the practice, responsible for delivering all HR support and strategy to all employees. You will work closely with the two MDs of the business working on HR policies and delivering ER support, taking a lead on recruiting and employee benefits. In addition to delivering HR support to the firm you will also take a lead on delivering first line HR advice on ER issues and HR policies to a number of private clients. This is a unique role that offers a consultancy work to a diverse range of clients as well as day to day operation HR support.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR generalist delivering employment advice, recruitment and employee benefits. You must have led a HR team and be confident to work in a stand alone role as well as being confident to deliver HR advice to external clients.
