This is a superb opportunity for an experienced and high calibre HR Lead to build further on their career into a senior leadership role.
Description
In your role as Head of HR you will lead HR into the future, building on the existing, successful service through driving performance an delivering value-add. Key areas of focus include employee engagement, leadership development, reward & benefits, well-being and diversity & inclusion.
Responsibilities include:
Leading on the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning as well as the reward strategy.
Reporting to the Executive Director of HR you will lead the HR team, supporting the HR and L&D functions to ensure cohesion and maximum impact and success. Key responsibilities will include:
Working with the Director population to develop initiatives that support the wider strategy and its communities.
Supporting on complex casework as required.
Support the Exec in the development and delivery of culture change projects in line with the Organisational values
Leading on colleague engagement, the development of the health & Well being strategies and diversity & inclusion.
Leading on organisational change projects
Supporting other Heads of to deliver the digital programme.
Profile
To be considered for this key role with the HR team and wider organisation you will be a proven HR Generalist with a passion and interest in Learning & Development . You will be able t operate strategically and operationally with ease. You will be an excellent people leader and coach with the ability to further develop experienced individuals.
You will ave the gravitas and confidence to play a key role on the Senior Leadership Team as well as building sound with the Exec.
Ideally your experience will come from a variety of different sectors including both Commercial and Not for Profit.
You will be a strong team player with a professional but fun approach to your work.
You must have the [roven ability to build on an already established and well-run people function.
