We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join one of our city centre clients on a permanent basis. The HR Advisor will be required to deliver accurate and effective day to day Operational HR services and guidance to the business, and support the HR.
The HR Advisor is responsible for delivering an outstanding level of service to all internal customers' and will provide expert advice and guidance to managers in employee relations, recruitment, maternity, paternity, training, and performance management for a designated business area in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives for those areas.

Essential Skills & Experience

*Minimum of 1 years in a HR Advisor role responsible for own business unit or location.
*CIPD Qualified
*Ability to coach and mentor others both in the HR Function and generally across the organisation.
*Strong levels of employment law knowledge with the ability to apply it in an operational environment.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Good level of numeracy and computer literacy.
*Experience of using HRIS tools.
*Good level of computer literacy.
Desirable Skills & Experience
*TUPE transfers or M&A experience.
*Payroll or Pensions Auto Enrolment experience.
*Experience of working within financial parameters or managing budgets.
