Job Details

Digby Morgan is representing a small, privately owned business headquartered in West London (with several sites throughout the Greater London Area) who are presently seeking an HR Manager.

As the HR Manager, you will lead a team comprised of an HR Advisor and Admin/HR Assistant who will support you in delivering on all operational and strategic HR objectives supporting Managers and Employees throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Managing all ER including: dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancies.
* Developing a best practice HR environment
* Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
* Creating and supporting L&D programmes
* First point of contact on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
* Administer new starters and leavers and advise payroll
* Support recruitment either end-to-end or guiding managers on their own recruitment
* Conducting induction for Managers and training Managers on induction for their new starters
* Drive talent and succession planning
* Support Change Management
* General HR projects

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of generalist experience as an HR Manager ideally coming from a small business environment
* A keen interest in high-volume employee relations
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* A valid Drivers Licence
* 1-2 days a week of travel to different site locations
