The HR and Payroll Administrator will be required to deliver accurate and effective day to day operational HR/Payroll services and guidance to the business.
You will support the team by producing a range of documents in line with company policy and external compliance bodies including IIP and ISO, and support the compensation and benefits, payroll and training processes accordingly.
As HR and Payroll Administrator, you will support the HR Manager/Payroll Manager to deliver end to end payroll and benefits administration through the use of HRIS, Government gateway and online benefits system.

Essential Skills & Experience
*Minimum of 2 years in a HR/Payroll Administration role
*Solid experience of using, administering and reporting using an HRIS tool (eg, HRe3, HRe5, PeopleSoft, SAP, Snowdrop, Cascade or similar)
*Exceptional organisation skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good level of numeracy and computer literacy (good Excel skills)
*Payroll or Pensions Auto Enrolment knowledge/experience
*Strong team player
Desirable Skills & Experience
*Part CIPD qualified
*Experience of working within financial parameters
*Ability to liaise with suppliers (benefit providers and HRIS provider)
