This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. The successful L&D Advisor will be working for an employer who spends a lot of time thinking about their employees and has built a very successful HR team.

As the successful L&D Advisor you will have significant experience in:

* Using a variety of training methods to get full engagement from employees.
* Organising, developing, and designing training programs
* Identifying new and innovative ways to provide a high-quality training experience for the business
* Develop and maintain the training aids
* Be able to successfully manage different stakeholders and ensure you question the reasons behind the training
* Providing training on time management, presentation skills and effective business writing
* Understanding of the apprenticeship levy and how they can utilise it effectively across the organisation
* Support with the administration of training events and ensure that they run smoothly
* Carry out project work alongside the HR Director as necessary

Person Specification

* Creative thinker and able to use a variety of training tools
* Experience delivering a very high-quality training experience
* People person able to inspire and motivate others
* Come from a professional services environment
