Hudson have partnered with a market leading business in search of a HR Business Partner covering 8 sites in and around the Manchester arena. The ideal candidate will offer strong employment law knowledge, hands on Trade Union experience and excellent case management exposure.


* Act as a strategic business partner to the senior operational team along with monitoring and supporting the completion of performance and leadership reviews.
* Work with operational teams to devise development and succession plans.
* Promote and drive the employee engagement agenda, particularly by assisting with completion and execution of engagement plans.
* Provide advice to supported functions on HR policies, remuneration, working hours, terms & conditions of employment, procedures and best practices.
* Facilitate the management of all disciplinary and employment law related situations.
* Oversee and deliver management of local consultation exercises (eg, redundancies, TUPE, bargaining etc).
* Provide the required employee and industrial relations support, with a particular focus on trade union engagement.
