Fantastic opportunity available for an ambitious, driven and focused HR professional to join a global business on a permanent basis as an ER Advisor. The ideal candidate will posses knowledge of relevant employee legislation, have a high attention to detail and have proven experience dealing with capability and grievance issues.


* Act as first HR point of contact for Line Managers and Investigating Managers for disciplinary, grievance and absence issues.
* Ensure fair and consistent case management by guiding and directing Line Managers through disciplinary, grievance and absence procedures from a central HR Shared Service Centre location.
* Offer advice to Line Managers and Investigating Managers on low risk cases.
* Escalate high risk cases to local HR teams at appropriate trigger points.
* Manage expectations by using the most appropriate method of communication - including email and telephone
- Seek advice and guidance from HR Shared Service ER Manager and/ or Senior ER Managers if any risks to the business are identified.

This is a superb opportunity for a professional with a few years experience within the HR field who is keen to develop and obtain further exposure to case management. A basic knowledge of employment law is a necessity however this is a progressive role.
