An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our team and help us to continue delivering excellent HR services to our staff. Reporting to the HR Adviser, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR team to provide efficient and effective administrative support across the HR function including; recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, HR reporting, and HR administration. You will also process contractual changes via our HR system and support the team to action HR queries. We are a small but busy team, so you must have administration experience, good communication and organisational skills, be totally customer-focused and always looking for ways to improve our service. The demands and pace can be high, so the ability to prioritise and respond to a changing workload with a high level of attention to detail is vital. Experience working within an HR setting and/or using HR management information systems and recruitment platforms would be a great advantage.
