Circa 50 headcount at the moment, this is looking to grow substantially.
Description
Supporting the leadership team from a people perspective. This role is about enabling the leadership to deal with people issues themselves, not do it for them. Management coaching and challenging stakeholders are key skills.
Profile
Stand alone HR manager role. You will be the first point of contact for all people queries. Previous stand alone experience is essential.
Recruitment is a major part of this role so the successful candidate will enjoy pushing a growth orientated agency. Mix of direct hiring, agency use and headhunting.
Job Offer
