Job Details

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche organisation based near Burford to recruit a Learning & Development Partner for 12 months to cover for maternity leave. The role will be c.50% based onsite near Burford with the remaining time out within the business. It is essential that you hold a UK driving license and are willing to travel.

The main purpose of job is to establish, develop and deliver effective partnerships / relationships within the Organisation in order to proactively support and coach Managers to ensure the development of skills and knowledge in all areas of people development. You will design and deliver learning and development solutions throughout the organisation.

Key accountabilities

* Providing fit for purpose solutions that meet business needs
* Lead and manage the effective delivery of all key elements of L&D such as design and delivery of blended learning solutions, conducting training needs analysis, analysis of training solutions, talent identification and succession planning
* Design and delivery of the management development programmes
* Effectively participate in L&D projects
* Identification and talent management of high potential individuals
* Work with HR to manage the Apprenticeship programmes
* Coaching

Essential skills and experience

* Proven experience of working in Talent / L&D
* A proven track record in a similar L&D role
* Proven experience of designing and delivering management / people development workshops
* Experience of e-learning interventions
* IT literacy - MS Office, MS PowerPoint

Desirable experience

* Learning / talent development partnership experience
* Experience of designing and delivering assessment centres
* Qualifications in psychometric testing and personality profiling e.g. Insights, Level B, SHL, BPS, MBTI
* Experience of working with Apprenticeships
* Experience of creating E-Learning content
* Resourcing / Graduate and Apprentice assessment and selection
