Employer Brand Manager

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-known Financial Services Company to recruit an Interim Employer Brand Manager, for an initial 6 month contract.

This role joins a highly reputable team, tasked with improving the way the orgnaistaion attracts, engages and retains it's staff, whilst highlighting them as a true employer of choice both internally and externally.

Managing a number of projects from inception to final solution (with guidance where required from the Employer Brand Lead), on time and within budget, you will be responsible for;

* Managing and developing social media channels and communities including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube.
* Creating digital content
* Working with External Affairs to develop content from existing media activity, as well as new content for individual campaigns.
* Work with the Digital and Brand Marketing teams to support the creation and management of digital content
* Work with key stakeholders to manage and develop overarching social media strategy
* Managing social media listening tools and provide MI reporting.
* Liaising with the Head of External Affairs to support the CEO with social media activity
* Develop and manage the blogger and online journalist outreach programme to build relationships with key media, policymakers, MPs, influencers and opinion formers online via social media.

Suitable applicants must have experience of creating and managing measurable social media programmes, within a communications environment, gained within large Financial Services, or similar complex / regulated environments.

Practical experience of running social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn), as well as managing reputation management tools are essential, as are strong stakeholder management skills. You must a be a self-starter, strategic thinker, innovative & creative and able to communicate at all levels, whilst being pragmatic and politically astute.
