Your new company
Your new company is a medium sized organisation based in the Colchester area. The organisation has gone through rapid growth over the last 3 years and has doubled its annual turn over as a result. They are looking for a new HR Manager to join the team and develop the HR function further.

Your new role
As the successful applicant you will be responsible for all of the HR processes throughout the company and manage all employee relations issues. You will be reporting directly to the company's directors and providing legal advice where necessary. You will also have one direct report who you will be managing daily.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD level 5 or above professional with experience working in a standalone HR role.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on site parking.
