Currently working with a company in Reading who are searching for a senior HR Consultant to join them for 6 months paying up to £650 per day to work with their Customer Experience team.

The role of Interim HR Consultant - Customer Experience will an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide some interim support into the Customer Experience. They are a busy team with a large strategic agenda centred around improving the experience their customers receive through embedding a customer focused performance culture. From December this team will also commence the implementation of a new billing system which provides them the platform from which to build the operations centre of the future. All of the above change means that the company requires a seasoned Senior HR professional who has worked with large customer facing teams before to join them to help them navigate this period of time. As this is a new role, the duties are likely to become more defined as the projects progress so its imperative that the successful candidate would need to go in with a flexible approach to enable them to work through the remit together with the Head of the team.

The successful candidate will be a HR Consultant with strong experience working with customer facing teams. You must be comfortable in an ambiguous, changing environment which is currently moving through transformation.
