In Talent Acquisition, we’re standardizing our approach and introducing new systems and tools to increase our ability to attract the best talent and provide a great candidate experience. Access to discipline-specific expertise is improving the quality of our candidate attraction activities, while operational support means that the team can be more efficient than ever – by focusing on what they do best.

About the opportunity

Your role will be to work with the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent, and to manage external and internal hiring. You’ll liaise with stakeholders from the business and the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure quality of hire, D&I and critical capabilities. You’re going to be our expert advisor and coach for hiring managers, helping them lead.

You will be responsible for the delivery of hiring within a defined area and for developing strategies alongside the Sourcing & Attraction team. A discipline or regional talent expert within that area, you’ll link with talent acquisition experts around the globe and the Sourcing and Attraction team. Line managers will depend on you for insight and hiring strategy, while we will look to you to leverage our employer brand.

As importantly, you’ll conduct role briefings and discuss profiles and assessment criteria with hiring managers, review CVs and call on either your discipline or country-based knowledge to screen video interviews. It’s a broad role which includes active internal and external sourcing.

About you

You’ll have deep experience in permanent talent acquisition at a large multinational. From sourcing techniques to the rest of the recruitment process, you will be adept at bringing a group mindset to bear on what you do, and you will be keen to seek out input from others. Good judgement and business acumen will be key, while you will ideally have a background in international talent acquisition.
