Job Details
I am currently working with a commercial organisation that is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment activity. Duties will involve:-
- Line Management of the recruitment team.
- Manage the attraction of candidates (high volume)
- Responsible for the performance management
- Responsibility for the Recruitment Budget
- Review, develop and improve processes
- Reporting on KPI's
You will need the following experience:-
- Experience of volume recruitment
- Strong reporting experience
- Process driven with a keen eye for detail
- Previous Management experience
- Strong communication skills
